• No affiliation. SalesTrigger is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or any other Third-Party Platform.
  
  
  

• No guarantees; platform enforcement. We do not control Third-Party Platforms. They may change features, impose limits, detect automation, or enforce their rules at any time.
  
  SalesTrigger is not responsible or liable for any actions taken by Third-Party Platforms, including warnings, temporary restrictions, permanent suspensions/blocks, shadow bans, loss of access, throttling, or other enforcement decisions against your account(s).
  
  
  

• Risk acknowledgement. By using outreach/automation features, you acknowledge the inherent risk that a Third-Party Platform may restrict or suspend your account and you agree that you use these features at your own risk.
  
  
  

• Best practices. We recommend conservative settings, human-like pacing, and content that complies with platform policies and applicable anti-spam/marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR e-privacy rules where relevant).
  
  
  

6. Email Notices
